Brandon Hurd
President and CEO
Recently winning the 2020 ICSC Leader Under 40, Brandon Hurd is experienced and strategic and brings winning solutions to his clients. In 2014, Brandon founded Hurd Construction Management with the primary goal of helping owners and businesses avoid the pain and cost of poor construction planning. Brandon saw that owners and occupiers often do not receive strategic construction guidance during the project planning stage. This inspired his creation of a firm dedicated to providing essential guidance and support beyond the role of the building contractor.
Brandon is passionate about delivering elevated and long-term value through early investment in time, energy and resources. In 2017, Brandon expanded Hurd’s offerings to help brands scale construction operations throughout all of Florida and the Southeast US as businesses strengthen market position, modernize operations, and digitally transform their business models.
Brandon is committed to maintaining the personal touch and care Hurd has always been known for, even as the company continues to scale. He believes in hiring great people and empowering them to make decisions, and he passionately guides his teams to be flexible, decisive, and strategic.
