It was a pleasure working with the entire HURD team. Literally everyone was intelligent, hardworking, talented, knew and performed their jobs well. There’s usually at least one guy that doesn’t measure up…. but I have yet to find him at HURD. On to the next!

We started with a traditional GC approach and found the work we had to internally manage was too costly and time-consuming. After evaluating different alternatives, we found HURD’s services and value proposition was among the best in the industry. Since late 2021, we engaged HURD to manage a programmatic and scalable expansion project that aims to have 185 stores built in Florida over 5 years. We have had a very positive experience and HURD now serves as our outsourced project development department.

Luckily, when faced with the challenge of rebranding, we already had an established, trusted partner in place who could handle the concurrent renovations of all 14 of our Florida retail dispensaries. Adding how 2021 was a unique year with pandemic-related challenges, Hurd’s depth throughout Florida helped alleviate many of those pressures. They were consistently strong throughout the entire process and very active in solving issues each step of the way.
